Purchased tickets are not refundable, refundable or retransfer able. Any purchased ticket for a time slot is not obligated to mutation by 3D Art World. In any case of Natural calamite, natural disaster or government emergencies 3D Art World will provide tickets against the purchased tickets at visitor’s convenient date and slot. In any case of not accepting the re-issued ticket by the visitors, 3D Art World will refund the purchased amount within a standard timeline of 7 to 10 working days.
